We have a fully-integrated in-house design, manufacturing and bottling facility in Leeds that allows for manufacturing speed, maximum flexibility for product formulations and packaging, and product quality. With everything right here in Britain, we ensure quick and efficient speed to market at scale.

Discuss Requirements
Sit down with our experts to discuss your requirements and the products you want to bring to market. Tell us the desired appearance, colour, fragrance, feel and performance. Tapping into our knowledge of consumer trends, we assist at each stage of development, from formulation to advice on design and packaging.
Lab work
We begin creating the perfect product in line with your specific requirements. Due to our in-house lab and development team you can usually trial your product in as little as two weeks.
Samples
We test and evaluate any formulations before delivering samples for your approval, alongside any requested packaging samples too. Whilst we strive for perfection first time, simply let us know of any desired tweaks to fragrance, feel or colour for example. Providing samples at this stage ensure any fine tuning of your product.
Approval
Once you approve your product sample and packaging we discuss any regulatory or packaging issues that may impact the delivery date. We also send samples for challenge, micro and stability testing at this stage.
Manufacture
Once samples have been signed off, components received and regulatory testing completed, we manufacture your product. Our pre-production meeting details the requirements to our teams and your product manager ensures everything runs smoothly. A standard gold seal sample will be submitted for future production runs.
Delivery
Your product is complete. Everything is ready to be shipped and will be with you within 48 hours from time of despatch.
